- 1 lb. chicken tenders approx. 7 tenders
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or onion or a combo of the two
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt or more, to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- olive oil spray or nonstick spray
Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken tenders in a large bowl or ziplock bag. Drizzle with olive oil.
