can i make this salad as part of a main dish? Yes! Any grilled protein would work great (grilled chicken, shrimp, salmon, steak). You could also serve it with these healthy chicken patties (I have it together at least once a week). If you're not counting carbs, a vegan idea would be with some pita bread and homemade hummus.
