– ¼ cup or about 6- 8 cloves of garlic peeled and minced – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper optional – 1 Tablespoon dried oregano – 1 teaspoon ground cumin – ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro – ¼ lemon juice – 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed – ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed – ½ cup plus extra-virgin olive oil
How long to marinate with mojo marinade? – Pork shoulder + pork butt: marinate up to 24 hours – Steak + chicken + turkey tenderloin: marinate up to 12 hours (see my mojo turkey tenderloin) – Shrimp + salmon: marinate up to 30 minutes
