I know I’m guilty of neglecting my deep love of chocolate desserts. I have neglected my readers and their love of chocolate desserts. Most importantly, my family has been neglected. I think I have a delicious way of making up for the precious chocolate time lost.
When I was contacted by Dove Chocolate Discoveries to sample their INCREDIBLE line of chocolates, I was a wee bit excited!
Dove happens to be one of my favorite chocolates. While shopping with the kids and they aren’t looking, I usually sneak a bag of their amazing dark chocolates into the grocery cart. I then sneak them into the house and quietly eat them when they’re not looking.

Petite Chocolate Mousse Cups
chocolate mousse (1 envelope of the mousse starter kit)
8 ounces (1 envelope) of the Milk chocolate-covered cinnamon-dusted almonds
12 petite chocolate dessert cups
1) Make the chocolate mousse according to the mix directions. Chill the mousse for about 2 hours.
2) When you’re ready to fill the cup, add the mousse to your pastry bag. We used a star tip. Fill each chocolate dessert cup with the chocolate mousse.
2) Grind the Milk chocolate-covered cinnamon-dusted almonds in a food processor. Do not over grind the almonds or the chocolate covering will melt.
2) Sprinkle the ground almonds on top of each dessert cup and ENJOY!
